Ingredients for Vinayaka chavithi special payasam :
wheat flour - 2 cups
sugar - 1 cup
coconut - 1
fried cashew nuts - 10
fried dry fruits - 1 tsp
cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
ghee - 1 tbsp
water - 2 cups
How to prepare Vinayaka chavithi special payasam :
Take a bowl and add two cups of water. Allow it to boil. In other bowl take a cup of flour and make thick dough with enough water. Make small noodle kind of shapes from the doughed flour. Now when the water gets boiled add this noodle kind of dough in the water. Boil them together for 10 min. Add sugar and then mix well. In other bowl take the remaining flour and mix with water like semi liquid. Now add this mixture to the boiling water by stirring it continuously so that no balls are formed. Allow it to cook for 20min by stirring it regularly. Add the cardamom powder and fried dry fruits. Add ghee and serve hot this Vinayaka chavithi special payasam.

yummy and tasty banana vadai

Ingredients to prepare yummy and tasty banana vadai:
4 raw bananas
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup chana dal
4 green chillies
1 tbsp coriander powder
Salt and turmeric as required
10 curry leaves
2 garlic flakes
1 inch ginger
Few coriander leaves
1 cup oil to fry
How to prepare yummy and tasty banana vadai:
1. Cook bananas, peel and mash them. Keep aside.
2. Soak chanadal for 1 1/2 hour. Half grind them(not paste).
3. Grind garlic and ginger to fine paste.
4. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, mint and curry leaves finely.
5. Add every thing except oil to chana dal and mix well.
6. Heat oil in a pan , shape the dough your wished form and deep fry them till golden brown.
Now yummy and tasty banana vadai is ready to eat.Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

How to prepare andhra ravapulav
Ingrdients for preparing andhra ravapulav:
Rava - 1cup
water - 1 1/2 cup
cinnamon seeds - 1tsp
jeera - 1tsp
oil - 1tbsp
urad dal - 1tsp
chana dal - 1tsp
chopped onion - 1
chopped green chillies - 3
chopped carrot - 1
chopped beans - 2
curry leaves - 10
chopped coriander - 3tsp
salt to taste
lemon - 1
turmeric - 1pinch
How to prepare andhra ravapulav:
Take water in a bowl and boil it. When it gets boiled properly, add rava by stirring it continuously with a spoon so that balls will not be formed. Cook this for 3 min by closing with a lid on low flame. Now take another bowl and add oil. Now add cinnamon, jeera, urad dal, chana dal, chopped onion, chopped green chillies and curry leaves to it. Add the chopped carrot and beans. Add turmeric and salt to the mixture and remove from the flame. To this add lemon juice. Now add the cooked rava to this mixture and mix well. Heat it for 1 min and remove from flame. Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with sambar or chutney or eat as it is.
